TICINOENERGIA

TicinoEnergia is an association founded as an initiative of the Republic and Canton of Ticino. It supports the canton’s energy policy in the areas of energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainable mobility. It is also the headquarters, in the Italian part of Switzerland, of the Swiss agency and certification center, Minergie.



U STORY

Our collaboration with TicinoEnergia started out with designing the digital interface for the Association. The development of their online communication and building their website paved the way for the strategic planning of all their communication activities, as well as the information campaigns for TicinoEnergia and Minergie. This shared journey is in continuous evolution with the Association in its institutional role to inform the public about technological solutions and regulations in the energy sector.

To bring users closer to the Association and present their activites clearly were the guidelines which inspired the creation and building of the TicinoEnergia website.
Paying attention to the needs of the target public and the simple way topics were presented transformed the navigation experience, making it intuitive and pleasant.

To bring users closer to the Association and present their activites clearly were the guidelines which inspired the creation and building of the TicinoEnergia website.
Paying attention to the needs of the target public and the simplicity in the way the topics were presented transformed the navigation experience, making it intuitive and pleasant.

We developed a whole constructive journey, embellishing the web design with distinctive, fully customized layout graphics and dedicated photographs which were shot specifically to visually depict specific contents of the website.

Corporate Identity and a Coordinated Image

 

The recognition and correct identifying of the activities undertaken guided the redefining of the Association’s visual identity.

Alongside the TicinoEnergia logo, which passed through a restyling phase to improve its legibility, a geometric visual graphic was added to emphasize their environmental and ecological footprint.
This new identifiable element regenerates the brand, adding strong impact and personality when applied to the coordinated image.

Working together to develop the communications strategy also involves creating and continuously renewing a broad range of printed materials. These tools provide an important support role in the consulting and awareness-raising activities TicinoEnergia provides. Leaflets and brochures summarize and highlight key issues and clearly present their activities so that users can evaluate the opportunities and choices to be made.

By inventing original, custom designed and created informative tools, the public is drawn in and engaged in a playful on-topic activity which sums up the messages being we transmit.

Public Meetings

A distinctive part of the communications strategy for TicinoEnergia involves planning opportunities to meet the public in person.

 

The Association’s presence at events and rallies stands out for its strong communicative impact. This result has been earned by building a display format which is attractive, easy to manage, and has hosted and continues to entertain thousands of people.

The functional furnishings, in line with the Association’s environmentally friendly and energy saving spirit, measure the speed and energy produced when a ball is kicked, thus amplifying their values and strengthening their efforts to inform the public.

Minergie Communication

TicinoEnergia is the agency and the certification center for Minergie in the Italian part of Switzerland. The indications contained in Minergie building standards are recognized and supported by the World economy, and by Canton and Confederate institutions. The brand guarantees added value for properties and ensures comfortable living in the buildings themselves.

Our development of the communication closely follows the journey undertaken with the Association. We started by gathering their informative needs, followed by pinpointing the communications strategy, to arrive at determining the right plan of operations. We also created their print materials and defined the digital content.
